Outbound Mail Services
PDX collects, sorts, processes and arranges the appropriate delivery service for all categories of outbound mail including PDX Exchange deliveries, local and overseas post, local and overseas courier and special deliveries.A typical PDX outbound mail service will operate as follows:
- Your organisation assigns designated areas to assemble
all outgoing mail sorted by category, for example - post, courier, PDX
system.
- PDX collects mail twice daily to an agreed schedule.
An example of a typical collection and delivery schedule is shown below.
- Each mail category is placed into outbound PDX pouches
for security. PDX processes the mail at the Exchange Centre. Mail details
are recorded and bar-coded for tracking and invoicing.
- Mail is despatched by the appropriate method - Post, Speedpost, PDX System, Overseas courier or local courier.
